2. Review Your First Draft
We’ll create your initial cover design and send it to you for feedback. You can request revisions based on your membership level:
Starter: 2 revisions
Professional: 4 revisions
Premium: Unlimited revisions
Paid yearly members receive all revision files without watermarks. Only Free Trial designs include a watermark.
3. Approve & Receive Your Final Cover
Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll deliver your complete, print‑ready cover files — front, spine, and back — formatted exactly to your specifications and ready for publishing.
Stage 1: Complete the Design Brief Form
Your design journey begins with a simple online form where you’ll provide all the essential details for your book cover. This ensures we fully understand your vision before we begin creating. In this form, you’ll be asked to include:
Title, Subtitle & Author Name exactly as they should appear
Primary Genre & Target Audience to guide style and market fit
Mood & Colour Palette (e.g., muted greys with a blood‑red accent)
Required Imagery or Symbols (e.g., isolated mountain, rusted key, cracked glass)
Focal Point & Composition Preferences (e.g., central figure, negative space for typography)
Typography Specifications including preferred fonts, weights, styles, and spacing
Texture & Finish Details such as matte, spot‑gloss, or embossed elements
Image Sources or Reference Art plus any licensing information
Spine & Back‑Cover Content including blurb, author bio, barcode/ISBN placement
Print Specifications like dimensions, bleed, and safe‑zone measurements
Accessibility & Production Notes such as high‑contrast text, CMYK values, deadlines, or preferred printer/vendor

Stage 2: Review, Revise & Refine
Once your initial design draft is ready, we’ll send it straight to you for review. This is your opportunity to request any changes you’d like — big or small. Every package includes a set number of revisions so you can fine‑tune your design with confidence:
Starter Package: 2 revisions
Professional Package: 4 revisions
Premium Package: Unlimited revisions
If you’re a paid yearly member, all your revisions will be delivered without any watermark. The only designs that include a watermark are those created during the Free 14‑Day Trial, ensuring fairness while still giving you full access to explore our service.

Stage 3: Final Approval & Delivery
