After finalising the design, we will send an invoice for online payment. Once you are satisfied with the design and have made the payment, we will send you the final design.

How many options of the design to you send?

That all depends, really. Usually, we send four options of the design, and sometimes it could be more, until you are completely satisfied with your design. At D.J. Brand, we want to make sure your experience is smooth and enjoyable. Whatever you choose, we’ll work with you to get it just right.

How long will it take before we get a draft of the design?

In most designs, it takes 24 hours or less to complete. Depending on the complexity and challenge of the design, it can take one or two days.
