2. Intellectual Property
All AI-generated designs are the property of D.J. Brand World until full payment is received. Once the payment is completed, the design will belong to the client.
If the client does not make the payment by the specified due date and fails to pay within 21 days after that date, D.J. Brand reserves the right to sell the design on the www.djbrand.world website.
Clients retain rights to commissioned designs upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
3. User Conduct
By using our services, you agree not to:

Upload or share content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

4. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in AUD. However, we do accept clients from international countries, including the UK, USA, China, Germany, and others. International clients will recive the invoice in their country's currency.
Typically, we do not require upfront payments or deposits. However, D.J. Brand reserves the right to request an upfront payment and/or deposit at any stage of the process if necessary.
The only upfront payments we do ask for are for Book Reviews and Online Store purchases.
5. Shipping & Returns
Physical products are shipped within Australia and internationally where applicable.
Returns are accepted for faulty items within 14 days of receipt. Custom designs and digital products are non-refundable.
6. Book Review Disclaimer
Reviews are subjective and based on the reviewer’s interpretation.
We do not guarantee positive reviews or promotional outcomes.
Authors must provide consent for public posting of reviews.
We do read the book and not using any other form, such as A.I., to read the book or review the book.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our site is used solely for order processing, communication, and service delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Any indirect or consequential loss from use of our services or products.

Courier Service: Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all courier and delivery services provided by D.J. Brand World. By booking a delivery, the customer agrees to the following terms.
1. Service Availability
D.J. Brand World provides courier services across Perth Metro and regional Western Australia. Delivery availability may vary depending on distance, weather conditions, road closures, or safety considerations.
2. Pricing & Payment
All courier pricing is based on our distance‑based model:
Base Fee: $30
First 10 km included
$1.75 per km after 10 km
Distance measured one‑way
Total price includes return travel
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Country Delivery Cut‑Off Time
To ensure safe and timely delivery:
Country trips must be booked by 11:00 am for same‑day delivery.
Bookings made after 11:00 am will be delivered the next day.
Same‑day delivery is subject to distance, road conditions, and driver availability.
4. Item Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items:
Are securely packaged
Are clearly labelled with correct delivery details
Do not contain prohibited, dangerous, or illegal goods
Are suitable for transport in a standard vehicle
Fragile items must be declared at the time of booking.
5. Delivery Conditions
D.J. Brand World will take reasonable care when transporting items; however:
We are not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or road closures
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing
If the recipient is unavailable, items may be returned to the sender or redelivered at an additional cost.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Bookings cancelled before pickup may be refunded at our discretion
Bookings cancelled after pickup are non‑refundable
Changes to delivery details must be made before pickup and may affect pricing
7. Liability
D.J. Brand World is not liable for:
Loss or damage caused by incorrect addresses
Items not properly packaged
Delays outside our control
Perishable goods affected by transit time
Items left unattended at the customer’s request
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total delivery fee paid.
8. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse delivery of items that are:
Dangerous
Illegal
Poorly packaged
Too large or heavy for safe transport
Not disclosed accurately at the time of booking
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Provide accurate pickup and delivery details
Ensure someone is available to receive the item
Notify us of fragile or special‑handling items
