Welcome to D.J. Brand World. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview of Services

D.J. Brand World offers:

  • AI Design Services: Custom book covers for authors, banners for websites and social media.

  • Online Store: Clothing, accessories, and printed merchandise.

  • Garage Sale Section: Second-hand goods including DVDs, household items, and more.

  • Book Review Services: Professional and personal reviews for authors and platforms.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All AI-generated designs are the property of D.J. Brand World until full payment is received. Once the payment is completed, the design will belong to the client.

  • If the client does not make the payment by the specified due date and fails to pay within 21 days after that date, D.J. Brand reserves the right to sell the design on the www.djbrand.world website.

  • Clients retain rights to commissioned designs upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

3. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Not to use the design before payment is recieved.

    Upload or share content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality or security.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD. However, we do accept clients from international countries, including the UK, USA, China, Germany, and others. International clients can request invoices in their preferred currency.

  • Typically, we do not require upfront payments or deposits. However, D.J. Brand reserves the right to request an upfront payment and/or deposit at any stage of the process if necessary.

  • The only upfront payments we do ask for are for Book Reviews, Online Store purchases, and Garage Sale items. Please note that Garage Sale items are sold as-is and are non-refundable, except in cases where they are faulty under consumer law.

5. Shipping & Returns

  • Physical products are shipped within Australia and internationally where applicable.

  • Returns are accepted for faulty items within 14 days of receipt. Custom designs and digital products are non-refundable.

6. Book Review Disclaimer

  • Reviews are subjective and based on the reviewer’s interpretation.

  • We do not guarantee positive reviews or promotional outcomes.

  • Authors must provide consent for public posting of reviews.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our site is used solely for order processing, communication, and service delivery.
